The
static-psalm-analysischeck is failing onstable34. Theroave/security-advisories:dev-lateststep can no longer be installed with thephp: 8.2platform pinned incomposer.json.This syncs
.github/workflows/psalm.ymlwith the shared LibreCode workflow already used onstable35, which does not have that step.It also sets
phpVersioninpsalm.xmlto8.2, the minimum PHP version for this branch, which the workflow enforces.
