The official ADN municipal-parameters API rejects six-digit
cTribNacvalues and requires a nine-digit service code. This change makes the client enforce the real contract and updates its tests to use a valid 9-digit NBS example.This intentionally does not infer an NBS from
cTribNac; callers must resolve/persist NBS explicitly because that relationship may be 1:N.Observed upstream regression:
HTTP 400: O código do serviço deve ser composto por nove dígitos.
