Revalidate queued request revisions after registry updates and retain
uncertain entries when a source fails.
Run TUI scans, notifications, terminal capture and focus operations in
background workers with serialized refreshes.
Lock focus request writes, reads and GC deletion to preserve concurrent
requests.

Start releases after successful main push CI and skip stale heads or
version bumps.
Build and smoke-test the wheel before atomically pushing the version
commit and tags.
