NextToken pagination pattern used by ListTargetOfferings, checking each page’s
ReservedInstancesOfferings with offeringInZone before reporting no match. Return
a matching offering immediately, and return the existing error only after
pagination ends without a match.

FindConvertibleOffering and ListTargetOfferings ignored the AZ, so a zonal convertible RI could be matched to, or exchanged into, an offering in another zone. Both now take an AvailabilityZone, send it as the typed request field for zonal scope, keep only offerings in that zone, and refuse a zonal lookup without an AZ or a regional one with an AZ before any API call. The zone rule is shared with the purchase path from #305. Refs #310 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…atch FindConvertibleOffering read only the first DescribeReservedInstancesOfferings page, so a zonal match that lived on a later page was reported as missing. Follow NextToken up to maxTargetOfferingPages, applying the AZ filter on each page, and fail with a distinct pagination-cap error when the cap is hit. Summary
Provider half of #310.
FindConvertibleOfferingandListTargetOfferingsinproviders/aws/services/ec2ignored the availability zone, so a zonal convertible RI could be matched to, or exchanged into, an offering in another zone (FindConvertibleOfferingtookOfferings[0]).resolveExchangeZone(scope, az): trims the AZ; a zonal scope without one, or a regional scope with one, is refused before any API call.buildEC2OfferingQuery(the fix(ec2): keep the AZ of an AZ-scoped rec and buy the zonal RI in that AZ #305 purchase path) now calls it, so there is one zone rule.offeringInZone: a nil offering AZ never matches a named zone.scanEC2OfferingPageuses it too.AvailabilityZoneparam, send it as the typedAvailabilityZonerequest field (neverAvailabilityZoneId; the SDK forbids both and source and target share an account), and keep only offerings in that zone, across pages forListTargetOfferings.Refs #310 (the pkg half, forwarding the source RI's AZ through
LookupOfferingFunc, follows as a separate PR; the platform then forwardsConvertibleRI.AvailabilityZone).Behaviour notes for consumers:
FindConvertibleOfferingreads one page (MaxResults 20), so a later-page match is reported as none. It fails loud, never picks a wrong zone. Tracked in fix(ec2): FindConvertibleOffering reads one offerings page, so a later-page match is reported as none #426.Verification (macOS, Go 1.26.9)
