Retry button currently shows Retry execution created (frontend/src/history.ts:815). Suggested copy: Purchase request sent for approval — friendlier and more accurate (the retry creates an approval-required execution, not an execution itself).

One-line edit.

Surfaced by QA spreadsheet row 3.12.
