Adds an optional OTP detection feature which checks for SMS while the keyboard is open. The feature is off by default and lives under Text Correction -> Suggestions -> "Auto-read OTP from SMS".
It uses the RECEIVE_SMS permission but that is only requested once the feature is toggled on.
Built and verified on a Pixel 9a (Android 16).
