Recolour the README mascot to match the TUI banner - #48

The rook in the README now uses the TUI banner's colours: an amber body, dark eyes and a cream shine where the pupils were. Before, the light file was black and the dark file cream, with white eyes. Only the colours change. The frames, the 50 ms timing and the infinite loop are the same; the new GIFs were made by recolouring the existing frames, not by redrawing them. Both files now use the same colours, and each is edge-blended for its own GitHub background (#ffffff or #0d1117). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
In the far-left glance the pupil touches the edge of the eye, so it was no longer a hole inside the eye white and the recolour painted it as body: the shine turned amber for about a second of each loop. Each eye is now the convex outline of its white pill, so the pupil stays inside it in every frame. Nothing else changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Recolours the README mascot to match rook's new pixel TUI banner, so the README and the terminal show the same rook.
#e8a33d, rook'sC.amber), the eyes dark (#2b3136,C.border) with a cream shine (#e8e2d8,C.bright) where the pupils were. Before, the light file was a black rook and the dark file a cream one, both with white eyes.#ffffffor#0d1117), so the edges stay smooth in both themes. The README's<picture>markup is unchanged.I checked the rest, glance and blink frames on both backgrounds, zoomed in, for leftover white edges around the eyes. There were none.
