Use the animated rook mascot in the README - #44

Swap the static header mascot for the designer's animated GIFs, still switched by GitHub theme: black rook for light, cream rook for dark. The dark GIF's solid black background is made transparent (same frames, timing and loop) so it sits on GitHub's dark page without a visible square; the light GIF's white background already matches. Width goes from 150 to 200 because the GIF frame has more padding than the cropped SVG. The static SVGs are no longer referenced and are removed.
