docs: mirror MCP setup handoff in public HTML

Summary

Mirror PR421's first-dataset handoff in the dedicated HTML content template used by the MCP database guide. This is static prose and links only: no route, template logic, styles, view code or behavior changes.

Why

Production verification after PR421 found quickstart HTML/Markdown updated and MCP guide Markdown updated, but its HTML uses a separate dedicated template. This completes the same selected intervention rather than starting another SEO experiment.

Verification and authority

• Inspected docs route/view and dedicated template; content matches the shipped Markdown section.
• Link destinations returned HTTP200; git diff --check passes.
• Uses Rasul's 2026-09-09 content-only publishing exception; mandatory verification/review waits waived, not passed.
• Production HTML verification required before declaring the handoff live.
• Existing hard-coded Article dateModified in Python remains unchanged: changing that implementation is separate technical debt, not concealed as content-only work.
