Desktop System Expansion

�2.7.2 significantly expands the Qt desktop interface with a rebuilt 3D viewport, better object browsing, richer property inspection, improved console behavior, and stronger trajectory and crystal workflow support. This release focuses on usability and visualization rather than kernel physics changes.

Scope

This release makes the desktop application substantially better for structure inspection, crystal visualization, trajectory playback, and atom-level interaction while preserving the �2.7.1 kernel baseline.
