The public LDSA site still runs on Unbounce, while the replacement has now passed its private-development acceptance checks. This PR promotes the tested Astro/Cloudflare Pages implementation to production so the custom-domain cutover can proceed without changing site content or subscriber behavior.

The implementation:

• recreates the current LDSA routes and responsive presentation as a static Astro site;
• preserves the existing Flodesk forms and redirect contracts;
• deploys only dev and main to Cloudflare Pages;
• keeps preview deployments behind Cloudflare Access and out of search indexes;
• adds production-only Cloudflare Web Analytics support, which remains disabled until the final public hostname and token are configured;
• documents the selected Namecheap DNS approach: www points to Pages and the apex redirects permanently to www.

Acceptance evidence:

• the owner confirmed live Flodesk submissions create the expected Flodesk subscriber records;
• private preview access and denial behavior were verified;
• X-Robots-Tag: noindex and analytics-free preview behavior were verified;
• npm run check, npm run format:check, the default build, and the production-analytics build variant pass locally.
