After trying to fix these and pruning the unneeded ones I've realised they're not particularly useful or working.. I'll close this PR and disable the workflow to stop the notifications of failures |

The actions are failing on merge to master and nightly due to deprecated
actions/cache@v2This updates it but we could also just disable the actions running potentially as I'm not sure how much we gain from having them run..
