TTMEvolve

中文优先 / Chinese first: TTMEvolve 是面向 TapTap Maker 游戏开发的桌面 AI Agent 工作台。它把 Tauri + React 桌面壳、本地 Python App Server、Maker MCP 诊断、API 优先的 LLM 路由、运行时证据、记忆与学习流程整合到一个本地开发驾驶舱里。

English: TTMEvolve is a desktop AI Agent workbench for TapTap Maker game development. It combines a Tauri + React desktop shell, a local Python App Server, Maker MCP diagnostics, API-first LLM routing, runtime evidence, memory, and learning workflows into one local development cockpit.

2026-07-07 GoalLoop Maintenance Snapshot

  • GoalLoop now treats XS/S/M/L/XL as initial routing hints, not a fixed loop. Every stage emits goal_stage_decision with needed/skipped status, reason, confidence, signals, revisitability, and progress while preserving the legacy goal_stage_need event.
  • Runtime evidence can add stages such as PROPOSE after UNDERSTAND when decomposition or typed sub-goal exploration becomes useful. Discussion-only tasks keep the fast UNDERSTAND -> REPORT path and skip todo/side-effect stages.
  • Sub-goal execution emits goal_execution_mode_selected. Legacy user runners are recorded as serial delegated calls; typed DAG runs are recorded as bounded synchronous DAGs with a concurrency budget and a truthfulness note.
  • Coding-agent tooling now exposes canonical TodoWrite-style tools (task_list, task_create, task_update) plus focused read_file and precise modify_file contracts for auditable planning and edits.
  • The MakerPlus workbench keeps routine agent activity compact: execution nodes fold after completion, session history can be deleted from the GUI, and provider/tool status rows avoid fragile raw-debug noise.
  • Shepherd research is documented in docs/research/2026-07-07-shepherd-integration-study.md. Shepherd is treated as design inspiration or a future disabled adapter, not as the default TTMEvolve runtime or provider path.

  • Current claim boundary: source-checkpoint readiness is ready. Signed installer evidence, authenticated Maker remote build smoke, production RAG semantic quality, and full publishable release readiness remain unclaimed until their evidence files/gates pass.

当前 v1.0.0 是源码 checkpoint 和仓库整理基线。可以声明源码 checkpoint ready;完整离线发布、签名安装包、Maker 远程构建 smoke、生产 RAG 语义质量和实际 GitHub Release 对象仍待证据完成。

Post-v1.0.0 Slice #2 agent 内部新增多模态 LLM 接口、知识包系统、类型化 sub-goal DAG、Feature 状态机。版本号保持在 1.0.0。详见 CHANGELOG.md。生产行为对外不变,桌面 GUI 无须任何调整。

The current v1.0.0 is a source checkpoint and repository-cleanup baseline. Source-checkpoint readiness is claimable; full offline release readiness, signed installers, Maker remote build smoke, production RAG semantic quality, and the published GitHub Release object remain unclaimed until evidence exists.

Post-v1.0.0 Slice #2 adds multimodal LLM interface, project-side skill packs, typed sub-goal DAG, and a feature-state machine. The distributable version stays at 1.0.0. See CHANGELOG.md.

启动器会优先使用 vendor/ 下的嵌入式运行时,然后是 .venv/,最后才是系统工具。源码 checkout 中如果没有 Tauri 二进制产物,启动器会构建前端并通过 Cargo 启动 Tauri。

The launcher prefers embedded runtimes under vendor/, then .venv/, then system tools. In a source checkout, if no Tauri binary exists, the launcher builds the frontend and starts Tauri with Cargo.

Post-v1.0.0 Slice #2 — Agent Goal Loop

This slice reorganises the agent's internal layers while the distributable version stays at 1.0.0. The default end-user behaviour is unchanged; the new surfaces are exposed to operators and to other agents through existing runtime contract endpoints and the new project-side files.

最近一次公开 checkpoint 验证记录如下。full-offlinepartial 是刻意保守的发布边界,不是源码 checkpoint 失败。

The latest public checkpoint was verified with the commands below. The full-offline partial result is an intentionally conservative release boundary, not a source checkpoint failure.
