Same pattern as Flight Tracker: each app.tiff converted to a real 32x32 PNG,
registered at ClassicyIcons.applications.{timeMachine,feedback}.app, and the
apps' ClassicyWindows (incl. BookmarksWindow via a new icon prop) carry it.
