The floating v31 tag moved to v31.11.2, so the v31 comment no longer matched the pinned v31.11.1 commit (zizmor ref-version-mismatch).

The pin
13d8dd5is v31.11.1, but the floatingv31tag now points at v31.11.2, so the# v31comment mismatched. The comment now names the exact tag, which stays correct asv31moves. Dependabot will keep updating pin and comment together.
