Prepares the v0.5.0 release.
pyproject.toml,uv.lock)..github/release-notes/0.5.0.md; the release workflow refuses to run without it. It carries the upgrade notes for the raised pack floors (Windows Advanced/Hunting to 1.9.0, Linux Advanced/Hunting to 1.6.0, macOS Advanced to 1.7.0).tools/attack_techniques.json(T1572 plus ten others), so the build is warning-free.After merge: tag
v0.5.0to run the release workflow (needsRELEASE_MINISIGN_KEY). macOS packs staydefault: false.
