This PR updates Cardiotensor to report unprojected 3D helical and intrusion angles by default, with projected HA/IA retained only as an explicit legacy option.
It also renames angle terminology consistently
adds configuration/CLI support for projected outputs
updates documentation with projection-bias rationale and reference
includes streamline video visualization improvements.
