What to build

The removal ADR 0107 describes, in one pull request, once both of its conditions hold:

1. The final grade for the course project is recorded.
2. The TypeScript suite is green on every parity case with the emf job removed from Pipeline Complete.

It deletes the coursework directory and every root line the coursework architecture lists as naming it. It keeps every oracle file, the constraint ledger without its OCL column, and the descriptor check.

Also blocked by the two conditions above, which are not tickets.

Acceptance criteria

• CI is green with exactly the listed removals and no other change outside the examples.
• Every oracle file and the descriptor check remain and pass in the TypeScript suite.
