openrouter-cli-chat

Multi-turn CLI chat with OpenRouter models.

Prerequisites

• Node.js 18+
• An OpenRouter API key

Setup

npm install
cp .env.example .env

Edit .env and replace your-key-here with your actual key.

Run

npx tsx chat.ts

Type exit to quit.

Change model

Edit the MODEL constant in chat.ts:21. Examples:

• google/gemini-3.1-flash-lite
• openai/gpt-chat-latest
• deepseek/deepseek-chat

Test

npm test
