Plugins now install through the marketplace; GitHub Releases carry native runtimes and supporting metadata. Hyper-V downloads and verifies its pinned EXE on first start, then reuses it. The launcher update has its own plugin version and keeps the existing runtime unchanged.
Validation: marketplace and documentation checks passed; Rizin and Hyper-V runtime packaging checks passed; launcher tests passed using a controlled executable without UAC or VM operations. The rebuilt Hyper-V EXE matches its existing published checksum, and retained Frida evidence is unchanged. Windows CI also runs the existing native unit, protocol, and installer checks.
