Adds Hyper-V Control as a self-contained Windows x64 C# stdio MCP with 36 tools for VM lifecycle, checkpoints, guest files and UI, Basic/Enhanced consoles, and user/kernel debugging. Elevation is held by one worker for the MCP lifetime. The plugin, skill, runtime installer, and validation report are included.
Release distribution is isolated by component tag, namespaced asset, checksum pin, and installation directory. Rizin RE Toolkit 0.4.1 hardens runtime discovery with tag/asset filtering and pagination; its existing 0.3.1 runtime and download URLs are preserved. Frida and Capstone marketplace entries are retained.
Validation:
UAC dialog interaction and the complete foreground Enhanced Session input/capture matrix remain documented validation limits. Public release organization and compatibility rules are in
docs/releases.md.Planned release tags from the merged commit:
hyper-v-control-v0.1.0andrizin-re-toolkit-v0.4.1, both published without moving the repository-wide Latest badge.
