[Enhancement] Add sustained telemetry ingestion benchmark

Add a reproducible sustained-load benchmark covering throughput, queue depth, p50/p95/p99 processing latency, memory behavior, and buffered or dropped telemetry. Document the environment and workload so results are comparable.
