Find (and other filtering features) only filtering currently displayed list

This feature flaw is clearly stated in the UG:

However, because of this, I cannot find David after finding Alex, assuming their names are completely different.

I think it would be tiring for users to keep executing view_contacts command to find any new person not in the list after finding somebody else.

Followed by executing 'find David':

Followed immediately by 'find Alex':

This flaw exists in other features that involves filtering the list, such as filter_by_tag
