The PAR-3 clean-room smoke test used create-next-app@latest (Next 16.3.8). That template now writes an AGENTS.md and a CLAUDE.md that imports it. On a fresh app, paramour init therefore installs the agent skill to .agents/skills/paramour and appends its section to AGENTS.md, below Next's <!-- END:nextjs-agent-rules --> block. The getting-started page showed both steps as skipped and said "there's nothing to detect".

Change

  • The sample init output now matches what the smoke test printed.
  • The paragraph after the numbered list explains why the agent steps run on a fresh app, where the section goes, and that a project with no agent tooling skips both steps.

Docs only, so no changeset.

Fixes PAR-112

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Current create-next-app writes AGENTS.md and a CLAUDE.md that imports it,
so paramour init detects agent tooling on a fresh app, installs the skill
to .agents/skills/ and appends its section to AGENTS.md. The getting-started
page still showed both steps skipped.
