Migration of report_xlsx_helper from 19.0 to 20.0 (history ported with oca-port).

Depends on #4 (report_xlsx): this branch is rebased on top of 20.0-mig-report_xlsx, so the diff shows both modules until #4 is merged. Do not merge before #4.

Changes for 20.0

• content_disposition is no longer exported by odoo.http; it is imported from odoo.http.stream in the controller.
• datetime.now() replaced by fields.Datetime.now() in the XLSX footer helper (naive UTC value, as context_timestamp expects; flagged by ruff DTZ005 in the 20.0 pre-commit config).
• Version bumped to 20.0.1.0.0; README regenerated by pre-commit.

No change was needed for the ir.access migration (the module defines no new models), icons, OWL or UoM.

Tests

Installed on a fresh 20.0 database with demo data and ran -i report_xlsx_helper --test-enable --test-tags /report_xlsx_helper: 0 failed, 0 error(s), no ERROR/CRITICAL in the log. pre-commit (repo config for 20.0) passes.
