Closing as not-actionable — this group bundles two independently-held pins, and Dependabot will keep reopening it until both holds lift.

spacy 3.8.13 → 3.8.15: verified against PyPI just now — 3.8.13 publishes 8 cp314 wheels, 3.8.15 publishes zero. The base image is python:3.14.0-slim-trixie with no compiler, so 3.8.15 falls back to an sdist that cannot build. 3.8.13 (paired with thinc==8.3.12) is the newest set satisfying both the wheel and peer constraints.

fastapi 0.136.3 → 0.141.1: held deliberately. 0.137.0's lazy-router rewrite breaks db_session_middleware in src/dispatch/main.py, which calls get_path_params_from_request — that assumes every route has .path, and under lazy routing some become unflattened wrappers without one, so /api/v1/docs 500s on every request. Unpinning is blocked on rewriting that middleware.

Reopen individually once either constraint lifts: spacy when it ships cp314 wheels again, fastapi after the middleware rewrite.
