Prepare v0.4.23 with Muse Code Harness support from #105. Bump the Cargo package, bootstrap installer pin, and operator examples together; include Muse in the product summaries.
The hosted installer will be updated only after all GitHub release assets are published and verified. README's Latest links will move after publication, following docs/hosting-the-installer.md.
Validation: cargo check --all-targets, bash -n install-remote.sh, and git diff --check. Muse implementation CI passed on Linux and macOS; release PR CI runs the full checks again.
