Add passive readable HTML with exact source-text downloads, bounded selection and whole-packet refusal. Preserve existing destinations through exclusive new-name publication. Include native authored and independently frozen CLI/browser/print receiving, original failures, both complete evidence archives and exact current-parent preservation. Refs #65.

PR #80 conflicts with newer CLI additions. This draft provides the author's chosen syllabus implementation composed with those additions, with a passing hosted gate, while leaving the author branch unchanged.
The receiving head is
31d31e22dc333ce44e57e3d165a87798d38d3bed. It incorporates author3f6309f273a226453dbf2e39578c582acff3b9d3without changing the product module or authored tests. Shared CLI conflicts were resolved by inserting the two exact syllabus parser/dispatch spans into main. The source owner remainsestate-cd1df0f1ee24 / estate_source.Hosted qualification: run 37833101850, job 113503197468, Python 3.12.15: Ruff passed; 1,186 tests and 57 subtests passed, with one existing skip, in 300.61 seconds. Removing the exact author CLI spans and README insertion recovers the latest main bytes exactly. The original reader, API/client, new peer commands, source artifacts and author/browser evidence remain intact.
The two exact author parser tests also passed on actual native Python 3.14.4, with all 90 source/test files unchanged. Root's independent source review accepted the exact error/cause/read-order checks and the strict passive-projection/source-download checks. These are separate from hosted execution.
