refactor(docs): move the benchmark dashboard to /metrics/ - #457

The page now carries performance and mutation history, with rollback to come, so it is the metrics dashboard. Source, published path, gh-pages data directory, badge, and docs follow; the old /benchmarks/ page redirects.

Summary & Motivation
The dashboard at
/benchmarks/already shows mutation scores beside startup timings, and rollback fault counts are next. "Benchmarks" no longer describes it, so it becomes the metrics dashboard at/metrics/. This PR is only the move; rollback tracking follows separately.Planning & Key Decisions
gh-pagesdirectory already held mutation files under a benchmark name. Moving the path once, before rollback data is added, avoids doing it with three kinds of data in play./benchmarks/publishes a redirect page for links outside the repository. The data files (mutation-latest.jsonand the rest) do not stay at the old path: the badge and jacksonferguson.me are updated here and in the site repo instead, and keeping copies would be a compatibility shim.benchmark.yml,parse_benchmarks.py, anddata.js(written by github-action-benchmark) still measure benchmarks. The dashboard's source directory, preview script and recipe (just serve-metrics), dashboard test, and published path change.pyproject.toml's mutmutalso_copy, which listed the dashboard directory twice.Rollout (order matters)
The code reads
metrics/ongh-pagesbut the branch still holdsbenchmarks/. After merge: move the directory ongh-pages, re-runpages.yml, then merge the matching change in JacksonFergusonDev.github.io (remote-assets.json).
