feat: add USDC private Pay and plain Account/Deals copy - #14

Shield, unshield, and escrow Pay accept native Circle USDC (6 decimals). Account keeps STRK/USDC chips and actions without the tutorial blocks or the address line.
Account now says shielded STRK is for fees and USDC is to pay. Deals names You bought / You sold and what the saved key is for.
