I think there's something off with the Scala Native test runner... the tests seem to run, but the output is not printed. I'll leave this PR open for a bit to see if that's fixed, otherwise I think I'll just go ahead and merge |

Updates the project to use sbt 2.
This doesn't yet update the gitter 8 template, I'll do that once I'm closer to release to avoid any potential weirdness.
