forgot to mention, there's no option to run until a certain accuracy is achieved due to statistical bias weirdness, but setting the timeout to 10-100ms tends to give pretty good results (i think there's a way to make it run until approximately a certain accuracy, but i'm not up to adding it at the moment) |

Adds a raffle probability estimation algorithm but does not integrate it into the VIP raffle. The details of the algorithm and its limitations are outlined in its documentation and should be easy to integrate.
