A repo for audiobooks for the original Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit read by Phil Dragash & Bluefax.

Each chapter of each book is its own .MP3 file, averaging in at about an hour long. However some of the metadata is broken or fragmented, so some chapters don't have author credits or album covers. There are compressed .ZIP files available for each book available for download as well. The total length is about 60 hours across all four books. The Hobbit/There And Back Again is the 2022 remaster version read by Bluefax, while the original trilogy is from 2013/2014 and read by Phil Dragash. The two of them frequently act out voices for each character, and contain background music and sound effects from their respective films, at times. So if that is a deal-breaker for you, I am sorry.

I got these from the Internet Archive, and put them on here for ease of access for myself, and anyone else who would like to listen to these audiobooks. These are FAN MADE RENDITIONS by Phil Dragash & Bluefax for all to use.
