Sable-sub level Geo Scanning

Describe

Geo Scanner is only scans the sub-level if it is attached to a sable contraption. Not scanning the overworld. It could be cool to get the block coordinates through the gps so it can integrate more smoothly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place the Geo Scanner to sable contraption
2. Try to run any peripherals attached to Geo Scanner on contraption
