Version 0.0.14: the one-click updater (0.0.13 was not published: its frontend multi-arch publish hung under QEMU and was cancelled; three of its images exist on GHCR with no tag or release) plus native-architecture web builds (#29), which remove the QEMU npm/vite step that hung in 0.0.10 and 0.0.13. The CHANGELOG moves the updater notes into 0.0.14 so the release page shows them.
After merge: rehearsal (publish=false), then publish=true. This is also the first real arm64 test of the new Dockerfiles; if a publish job misbehaves it will be cancelled at 15 minutes.
