Initially on NixOS the Bezel dispatcher would fail because it wouldn't be able to find sh.
This was at first fixed by adding bash to the systemd unit path.
But while working on another flake I stumbled upon the swayidle package which used postPatch instead.
Since this is probably a cleaner approach, this PR edits the Nix flake and modules to use postPatch instead of adding bash to path
