Add 3 new ancillary files to all products, and MAG and SPICE dependencies to alpha-sw. Share the SPICE dependencies between each product.

Overview
Update the SWAPI dependencies to remove unused ancillaries.
This PR is dependent on IMAP-Science-Operations-Center/imap_L3_processing#99.
Once the new algorithm is deployed via PR listed above, these ancillaries will no longer be required.
