IIQ Community

Empowering K-12 IT Teams Through Collaboration
Bridge districts. Share knowledge. Build together.

Welcome to the IIQ Community - an open-source initiative by and for K-12 school districts using IncidentIQ. We're building a collaborative space where educational technology teams can share tools, automations, and solutions that make a real difference in schools.

🎯 Our Mission

The IIQ Community exists to help K-12 IT departments work smarter, not harder. By sharing code, tools, and best practices, we're creating a support network that understands the unique challenges of educational technology - from managing thousands of student Chromebooks to keeping classroom technology running smoothly.

🏫 About IncidentIQ in Education

IncidentIQ is the leading service management platform for K-12 schools, serving over 2,000 districts nationwide. It helps schools manage:

  • IT Help Desk & Ticketing - Streamline support for teachers and students
  • Asset Management - Track and manage 1:1 devices, Chromebooks, and technology inventory
  • Facilities Management - Handle maintenance requests and preventative maintenance
  • HR Service Delivery - Manage onboarding and HR workflows
  • Event & Resource Management - Coordinate school events and educational resources

With its comprehensive API and integration capabilities, IncidentIQ provides the foundation for custom solutions tailored to each district's unique needs.

🤝 Why Community Matters

  • Managing thousands of devices with limited staff

  • Ensuring student data privacy
  • Stretching IT budgets

By working together, we can:

  • Share Solutions - Why reinvent the wheel? Use proven tools from other districts
