Public viewer - search box and select button not 100% selected

If I enter a search term it appears that the graphical function (the green outline line) to highlight I am in this field isn't 100% around the search field (the bottom line is not visiable)

This can be resolved by adding a z-index to the :is(a,button,input,select,textarea,summary):focus-visible selector coming from the design system.

We should definitely fix it on the design system, but to bring that fix here would require upgrading the design system from 3.5.0 to 4.x.x across the entire Validator, potentially introducing breaking changes. I'm happy to do this and investigate what, if anything, breaks.
