This branch is fork of another branch, but that branch is supposed to fix a different thing, but these are still useful changes to have for worlds.
What this pull request does is that it makes it so that when a user disconnects themselves, it says "User disconnect" on the admin page. However, when an admin disconnects them it says "Admin disconnect". Also for user disconnect, it does not go away until the scouter is back in the waiting page or the scouting page.
