The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at a working alternative so it renders correctly again in the README.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken, so the project's star trend no longer displays. This update points the chart to a working endpoint to restore it. No other changes are included.
