Critical Release

The critical release. Using of previous release is strongly not recommended.
Fixed following parallel register machine issues:

1. Incorrect behaviour of machine when locking the registers.
2. Incorrect behaviour of debugging tools when using register locking command.
3. The appearing of critical error in debug mode after executing the last command in program.
