Hey @GG-MD , thanks a lot for this! The Mojang-mapping port is a huge lift. really appreciate you taking care of the build setup, the unpackers, and especially catching that whitelist logging gap and the recursive bundle unpacking. That's a genuinely useful fix. |

@GG-MD Hi again, me! I've been busy the last few days and wanted to give you an update on where things stand.

This updates the mod to run on MC 26.2 @HelixCraft.
26.2 is a big jump from the old 1.20.6 base - Mojang moved to the new versioning
scheme, the client is now unobfuscated, and Yarn mappings are gone. So this isn't
a version bump, it's a full port to official Mojang mappings.
What changed:
net.fabricmc.fabric-loom), no mappingsblock, Gradle 9.6.1, Java 25 toolchain. Loader 0.19.3, Fabric API 0.156.0+26.2.
The Fabric API modules are pulled in explicitly since the JIJ nested jars don't land
on the compile classpath otherwise.
Connection,ClientPacketListener,Minecraft). Outgoing packets now hook the real send funnelso nothing is missed. Dropped the empty template example mixins.
are records now, and inventory clicks only carry hashed stacks in 26.2, so that
unpacker reports the hash instead of full item data.
extractRenderState/GuiGraphicsExtractorrender pipeline and the new inputevents. Keybinding uses
KeyMappingHelper. Also fixed a logging gap: the packet whitelist is keyed by the old Yarn names, but
most of them were never mapped to the new Mojang classes, so whole categories
(sounds, titles/subtitles, scoreboard, world border, combat, etc.) never showed up
in the log even when selected. Bundle packets are now unpacked recursively too, so
the entity/spawn packets the server batches inside them are no longer swallowed.
Builds clean (
./gradlew build, Java 25). Not yet tested in a live 26.2 client, soa quick in-game sanity check before merging wouldn't hurt.
