Modernize and consolidate Sensitivity

What changed

• consolidates MiAssistantFork functionality into Sensitivity's shared Rust core
• adds a native self-contained WinUI 3 Windows application
• hardens ADB coexistence, packet bounds, cancellation, validation, downloads, and USB selection
• adds Linux, macOS, Windows, MSI, release, completion, and fuzzing support
• removes duplicate compatibility, logging, and persistent hash configuration paths

Impact

Sensitivity becomes the only maintained implementation. Windows users get a native guided interface; automation keeps the CLI and stable JSON output. ADB is preserved unless the user approves stopping it.

Validation

• 25 Rust tests
• strict Clippy and formatting
• Rust 1.88 MSRV check
• fuzz target compilation
• Linux release and Windows backend cross-build
• Cargo package verification
• WinUI restore, C# analyzer/format checks, XML and workflow syntax validation
• GitHub-hosted Windows XAML compilation and self-contained artifact validation

Tagged-release MSI packaging and real recovery hardware testing remain explicit release gates.
