Add an about page

Develop the about.html file.

Layout

• A "jumbotron" with a bg-image and a couple of sentences
• 'Mission' on the left side
• 'Vision' on the right

Further...

• We decided to add something like "A word from the president" for the main purpose of making the page look more complete. ;-)
