In the context of HTTP Archive Wappalyzer extension is used for verifying the detection rules changes.
And removing caching makes these checks more transparent and easier to reproduce.
This pull request removes the options page and all related code and settings from the extension, and refactors the caching mechanism to use full URLs instead of hostnames.
