- Selected text should be bold when SlidingTabLayout init in mode TEXT_BOLD_WHEN_SELECT(see Issue 设置选中字体变粗时，默认选中的没有做处理 #286)
- TextView should invalidate after setFakeBoldText to avoid not working in some cases
