Slidey Buttons

Experiment where the buttons are "clicked" by sliding them in screenspace, instead of poking them in z-depth.

The experiment was considered a useful failure. Poking buttons feels better, but if we ever need a slider we have this at the ready.

Slates can be summoned by looking at your left palm, and then grabbing/placing with the right hand.
