Fixes #136.

:is() and :where() are now aliases of :matches() in PseudoClass. They are also added to Util::SELECTOR_ARGUMENT_PSEUDO_CLASSES, so a positional argument such as :is(:first) applies to the whole set, as it does for :matches(). QueryPath doesn't use specificity, so :where() matches as :is() does. The deprecated QueryPathEventHandler is not changed.

Tests

tests/Issues/Issue136Test.php covers both aliases in find(), filter() and is(), positional arguments, and upper-case names.

Every PR in this set adds its CHANGELOG line at the end of # Unreleased changes, so each one after the first needs a one-line conflict resolved there.
