…eferences qa-test-runner and parse-debug-logs both pointed at a troubleshooting_reference.md that did not exist (parse-debug-logs at a directory that also does not exist). Canonical location: .agents/skills/operations/. Seeded with the six failure classes agents hit most, each Symptom/Cause/Fix plus the shortcut to avoid.
qa-test-runner and repo-sync prompts assumed macOS paths (/usr/local/go/bin, /opt/homebrew/bin), which misleads Linux/sandboxed workers. Instructions now check for Go generically with platform paths as hints.
The TGC workflows, skills, scripts, rules, and task template are parked while coverage work takes priority; they were built around a specific working setup and are not maintained as a general entry point. Preserved as-is with a README noting that internal path references assume the old locations.
AGENTS.md becomes a short task-focused map: what the repo is, the entry points (workflows, skills, knowledge base, archive), and the ground rules (never weaken a test or check; verify before a PR). Drops the 'strictly opt-in / ignore these files' framing and the TGC entry point (track archived). WORKFLOWS.md Rules of Engagement drop 'No Blind Fixes' (present-plan-and-await- approval); replaced with task rules: verify before a PR, never weaken the baseline, brief PR descriptions.
